Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the SEshot app for iPhone and iPad. By using the app you agree to them, together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Using SEshot
SEshot lets you view, organise, edit and share your own photos and videos, on your device and in cloud services you connect. You are responsible for the content you access and for having the right to use it.
Connected services
Google Drive™, Dropbox, Frame.io and other services are provided by their own companies under their own terms. SEshot is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Changes you make through SEshot (renaming, moving, deleting or uploading) happen in your account with that service.
Your content
Your photos, videos and files remain yours. Edits in SEshot are non-destructive in your photo library, but changes made in cloud services follow each service's rules; keep backups of important files.
No warranty
SEshot is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data or other damages arising from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
